摘 要:对经过不同加热介质即空气、φ(氧)=20%、φ(氧)=15%气氛预氧化处理的聚丙烯腈PAN纤维,通过对预氧化纤维密度、氧含量对比分析,在240℃后随着温度的增加以空气、φ(氧)=20%气氛处理的预氧化纤维密度增长较快,而φ(氧)=15%气氛处理的预氧化纤维密度相对增长缓慢,有利于纤维的结构控制。经过碳化处理得到碳纤维样品力学性能的分析。经低φ(氧)加热介质预氧化处理的预氧化纤维氧化反应缓和产生的缺陷较小,氧化纤维均质化程度更高。因此制备的碳纤维拉伸强度更高。Different PAN-based fibers were dealt with pre-oxidation in different heating medium such as air,the air contains 20% oxygen gas(volume percentage)and the air contains 15% oxygen gas(volume percentage).By the contrast analysis of density and oxygen content of the PAN-based fibers above,after 240℃,results showed that as the temperature increases,the density of the pre-oxidation fibers dealt with air and the air contains 20% oxygen gas(volume percentage)increases faster;while the density of the pre-oxidation fibers dealt with the air contains 15% oxygen(volume percentage)increases slowly,which is good for controlling the fiber structure.After analysis of the mechanical property of the carbon fiber sample through carbonization process,the pre-oxidation fiber obtained at lower oxygen content medium has fewer defects because the oxidizing reaction is mild and the degree of homogenization of fiber is higher,thus the produced carbon fiber has more tensile strength.
