摘  要:急性肾损伤是临床上常见的危重症。近年来研究证实,人类中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)是预测和早期诊断急性肾损伤较为理想的生物标志物。NGAL具有能较早地出现于肾损伤的可逆阶段、与肾损伤程度呈剂量依赖性、很少被血液净化技术清除等优点;但同时,由于NGAL临界值范围较为宽泛、无权威指南明确指出NGAL的临床意义以及由于检测平台不同而导致检测结果存在差异等问题,也不容忽视。Acute kidney injury is a critical illness in clinical. In recent studies,it has been confirmed that the human neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin( NGAL) is a relatively ideal biomarker for prediction and early diagnosis of acute renal injury. There are a lot of advantages about NGAL: it can be earlier expressed in the reversible stage of kidney injury; the concentration of urine NGAL or plasma NGAL is in a dose-dependent relationship,that is proportional to the degree of damage; it is rarely cleared by renal replacement technology. While there are also some problems that can' t be ignored: the cut-off range of NGAL is broad; there is no published authorative guidelines about NGAL' s clinical significance; variability may exist between NGAL assays on different platforms.
