龙舌兰品种的纵切法和胴切法技术研究

摘  要:选取12种龙舌兰品种进行了不同繁殖方式的研究,实验结果表明:供试的12个龙舌兰品种中,自然状态下龙舌兰萌芽的数量较少,仅1~2个,且耗时较长,有些品种甚至不出芽;胴切法获得第一个芽的时间比纵切法要短,且相同时间内获得的幼苗数量多或相等的品种有7个,占整个品种的67%,数量少的仅有海星龙舌兰,占整个品种的8%,其余的都是纵切法获得第一个芽的时间比胴切法短,且相同时间内获得的幼苗数量多或相等的品种有3个,占整个品种的25%;同时胴切法对整个植株的伤害明显要比纵切法小,损失要少,因此,胴切法相对纵切法而言,在规模化生产更有优势。The Paper studies different propagations of 12 different varieties of Agave spp.,the experimental results show that most of 12 different varieties of Agave spp.can germinate new buds in natural environment,but number is very few,only 1-2,also take a long time.and some species didn't even germinate.For Trunk Cutting and Rip Cutting,The time which Trunk Cutting got the first bud for was shorter than Rip Cutting,the number of buds which Trunk Cutting got was equal to or more than Rip Cutting in the following 3months,there are 7varieties,accounting for 67% of the whole varieties,only Agave gypsophila got less number of buds,accounting for 8%.The time which Rip Cutting got the first bud for was shorter than Trunk Cutting,and the number of buds which Rip Cutting got was equal to or more than Trunk Cutting in the following 3months,there are 3other varieties,accounting for 25% of the whole varieties.While the injury of Trunk Cutting are less than Rip Cutting.Therefore,Trunk Cutting is superior to Rip Cutting in mass production.
