摘  要:目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能、炎性因子及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的影响。方法:选择100例CHF作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组患者均给予CHF常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,共治疗6个月,对比观察两组治疗前后心功能相关指标:左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD),炎性因子:高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP):MMP-2、MMP-9。结果:观察组治疗后LVEF显著高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,LVEDD、LVESD、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、MMP-2、MMP-9均较治疗前以及对照组治疗后显著降低,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗后LVEF显著高于治疗前,LVEDD、LVESD、MMP-2、MMP-9较治疗前显著降低,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后炎性因子变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀治疗可以显著改善CHF患者心功能,可能与其抑制炎症反应和抗心室重塑作用有关。Objective:To explore the influence of cardiac function,inflammatory factor and matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)in chronic heart failure(CHD)patients with the treatment of rosuvastatin.Methods:A total of 100 cases of CHF were chosen as the research object and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were given routine CHF treatment,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were given rosuvastatin,treated for 6months,compared the cardiac function indexes:left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),inflammatory factor:high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and MMPS:MMP-2and MMP-9in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The levels of LVEF in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than before and the control group after treatment,and the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,MMP-2and MMP-9were significantly lower than before and the control group after treatment(P〈0.05);the levels of LVEF in control group after treatment were significantly higher while the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,MMP-2and MMP-9were significantly lower than before the treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with CHF and may be related to its inhibitory effect of inflammation and ventricular remodeling.
