摘  要:目的:研究乌司他丁对体外循环心脏手术患者心肌酶谱、炎性状态及再灌注损伤的影响。方法:选取2012年9月~2015年8月我院进行体外循环心脏手术后治疗的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规手术组,n=30)和观察组(常规手术加乌司他丁组,n=30),检测并比较两组术前及术后12、24、72h的血清心肌酶、炎性指标与再灌注损伤相关指标。结果:观察组术后12、24、72h的血清心肌酶均低于对照组,炎性指标与再灌注损伤相关指标也优于对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论:乌司他丁可有效改善体外循环心脏手术患者的心肌酶谱及炎性状态,对于再灌注损伤的防控也发挥着积极的作用。Objective:To study the influence of ulinastatin on the myocardial enzyme spectrum,inflammatory state and reperfusion injury of patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2015 were the research object,and 60 cases were randomly divided into control group(routine operation group)and observation group(routine operation and ulinastatin group)with 30 cases in each.Then the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,inflammatory indexes and related indexes of reperfusion injury of two groups before the operation and at 12 h,24hand 72 hafter the operation were detected and compared.Results:The serum myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes of observation group at 12 h,24hand 72 hafter the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group;inflammatory indexes and related indexes were significantly better than those of control group too(P〈0.05 for all).Conclusion:The ulinastatin can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammatory state of patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation,and it also plays an active role in the prevention and control the reperfusion injury.
