摘 要:本试验以两个不同的丹参品系为试验材料,研究不同根段部位、长度、直径、扦插深度、土壤质地类型、育苗株距、扦插方式7个因素对丹参发芽率的影响。结果表明,两个品系均表现为芦头扦插发芽率最高;随着根段长度和直径的增加,发芽率提高;全埋处理优于微露处理;砂土处理优于基质处理和壤土处理;育苗株距增大,发芽率降低;斜插处理优于直插处理。因此,丹参采用根段育苗时,应挑选中上部、长度6~8cm、直径5~10 mm的根段作为繁殖材料,选择砂土采用斜插、全埋覆土的方式,株距保持在2 cm,能很好地提高丹参发芽率。The influences of different parts of root,root segment length,diameter,cutting depth,soil type,seedling planting distance and cutting way on germination rate were studied with two different Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge strains as materials. The results showed that the upper root segment of both two strains had the highest germination rate. Besides,the germination rate increased with the increase of root length and diameter,and decreased with the increase of seedling planting distance. The fully buried treatment was superior to micro-exposure treatment,the sandy treatment was better than the matrix and loam treatments,and the inclination treatment was better than the upright treatment. Thus,it was suggested that choosing the middle-upper part of roots with the length of 6 ~ 8 cm and diameter of 5 ~ 10 mm as propagation materials,and cutting in sandy soil with inclination,fully buried way and planting distance of 2 cm could greatly improve the germination rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.
