摘  要:为评定吊挂电推采毛在规模化长毛兔养殖场的实用推广价值,本研究比较了两种采毛方式(剪刀剪毛和吊挂电推采毛)的工作效率,并分析了在秋、冬两个季节采用两种方式采毛对长毛兔生产性能和部分血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,吊挂电推采毛效率[(322±9)s/只]要显著高于剪刀剪毛效率[(457±18)s/只](P<0.05)。两种采毛方式对长毛兔体重和60天养毛期产毛量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。秋季采毛时,两种采毛方式都不会引起血液促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇和免疫球蛋白的显著变化(P>0.05)。冬季采毛时,两种采毛方式都会使血液促肾上腺皮质激素和皮质醇水平显著升高(P<0.05),经过24 h的恢复,促肾上腺皮质激素水平仍然显著高于采前水平,剪刀组皮质醇恢复到剪毛前水平,而电推组皮质醇仍维持显著上升水平(P<0.05);免疫球蛋白水平在采毛前后无显著差异,但在采毛24 h后,剪刀组和电推组的免疫球蛋白较采前均上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。上述研究结果不仅对吊挂电推采毛的推广使用有重要指导价值,而且也为阐明长毛兔采毛应激的生化机制提供参考。In order to assess the practical and popularized values of hair harvest with hanging and shaving in scale farms,taking Angora rabbit as material,the efficiencies of 2 hair harvest ways,shearing and shaving,were compared,and the effects of the 2 ways in autumn and winter on the production performance and 3 serum indexes( ATCH,COR and Ig G) were analyzed. The results showed that the efficiency of shaving was( 322 ± 9) seconds for one rabbit,which was significantly higher than that of shearing way as( 457 ± 18)seconds for one rabbit( P〈0. 05). The body weight and hair production after 60-day hair raising period were not significantly different between shearing and shaving ways( P〈0. 05). In autumn,the contents of serum ACTH,COR and Ig G were not significantly different between the 2 harvest ways. However,in winter,the contents of serum ACTH and COR increased significantly by both of the 2 harvest ways( P〈0. 05). Except for COR by shearing way,other indicators could not return to or approach their normal levels after hair harvest for 24 hours( P〈0. 05). Serum IgG by 2 ways were not significantly different before and after hairharvest,and both increased after hair harvest for 24 hours( P〈0. 05). The results not only had important guiding value for popularizing the hair harvest with hanging and shaving,but also could provide references for revealing the mechanism of hair harvest stress on serum biochemical indicators.
