摘　　要：促进水稻总产量的持续稳定增长,对于农民增收、国家粮食安全都有十分重要的意义。根据山东省水稻生产的基本情况,采用问卷调查法,统计山东省水稻生产的投入产出、技术需求和技术供给的相关数据并进行深入分析。结果表明:从事水稻生产的农户存在严重老龄化问题;在扣除种粮补贴后,水稻种植的总体收益仍然较低;水稻生产存在机械化程度较低的问题;加强良种、栽培技术、省工机械技术、贮运与加工技术的创新与推广是广大农户的根本需求;农业产业化组织在多数地区均已建立,但当前的水稻生产仍然属于主要以独立农户为单位的分散化经营,尚未实现水稻的产业化与规模化生产;农户水稻质量安全方面的培训仍然有待加强。Promoting the steady growth of rice production has great significance in increasing farmers＇ income and national food security. According to the basic situation of rice production in Shandong Province,the statistics about input and output,technology demand and supply were made using questionnaire survey method and further analyzed. The results showed that the farmers engaged in rice production had serious aging problem. After deducting subsidies of seed rice,the overall income of rice planting was still low. The mechanization level in rice production was low. Strengthening the innovation and popularization of improved variety,cultivation technique,mechanical technology and storage,transportation and processing technology were the fundamental needs of many farmers. Agricultural industrial organization had been established in most regions,but the current rice production was still based on decentralized management composed of independent farmers.The industrialization and large-scale production of rice had not been realized yet. The training of farmers on rice quality and safety remained to be strengthened.
