激光光凝术联合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨激光光凝术联合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:从2014年4月-2015年4月我院收治的108例糖尿病视网膜病变患者中按入院编号随机选取54例设为观察组,采用激光光凝术联合中药治疗,将另外54例患者设为对照组,采用激光光凝术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.4%,与对照组的88.9%相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗糖尿病视网膜病变时使用激光光凝术联合中药治疗能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善患者视力,提高治疗效果,值得应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation combined with Chinese medicine in treating diabetic retinopathy.Methods：From April 2014 to April 2015,108 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly selected from 54 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as observation group,combined with laser photocoagulation combined with Chinese medicine treatment,54 patients were treated with laser photocoagulation.Comparison of the treatment effect of the observation group and the control group.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy with laser photocoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the patient＇s vision,improve the therapeutic effect,it is worthy of application.
