中医学疾病命名方式探析

摘　　要：中医学有着十分多元而又有规律可循的病名系统,命名方式主要采用的是症状、病情、病因、病位、病性、病机。梳理上自甲骨文,下至《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中的记载,可以发现病名存在明显的演变趋势,反映了中医辨病日益深化与细化的历史过程,对于当今中医学术的发展有着启示意义。Chinese medicine has a diverse and regular disease naming system. The naming ways are mainly based on symptom,severity of diseases,causes,location of diseases,nature of diseases,and pathogenesis. By analyzing the documents from oracle to Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease（ 伤寒论） and Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber（ 金匮要略）,the article summarizes that there is an obvious evolution trend which reflects deepening and refining in the historical process of disease differentiation. It has the inspiring significance for current scholar development of Chinese medicine.
