摘　　要：急性辐射损伤是近现代突现的一种疾病,在中医古籍中鲜有相关记载。目前对辐射损伤的中医病因病机尚未形成统一、明确和系统的认识。根据急性辐射损伤发病及转归特点,认为其中医病因是一种毒邪。随着历代医家对毒邪致病的不断探索,后世对毒邪的认识也越来越深入、具体、全面。辐射损伤发生时都具有广泛的内损性,且易继生内邪恶化损伤,顽固难愈。因此,从毒邪的角度认识电离辐射,分析其与火(热)毒、温毒、光毒等的异同。Acute radiation injury is a disease which emerges in modern times. There is little related record in ancient books of Chinese medicine. At present,a unified,explicit and systematic understanding of radiation injury etiology and its pathogenesis in Chinese medicine has not established. According to the characteristics of onset and prognosis of acute radiation injury,Chinese medicine doctors hold that the etiology in Chinese medicine is a kind of pathogenic toxin. With physicians of past generations constant exploration on pathogenic toxin causing diseases,later ages doctors＇ understanding on pathogenic toxin becomes deeper,more specific and comprehensive. There are extensive internal injuries when radiation injury occurs. And it is likely to complicate with internal pathogenic factor deterioration injury,which is refractory. Thus ionizing radiation is understood from the aspect of pathogenic toxin. The paper analyzes the similarities and differences between ionizing radiation and heat-toxicity,warm toxin,phototoxicity,etc.
