中医药干预HIV耐药的研究思路

摘　　要：高效抗逆转录病毒联合疗法(HAART)是目前治疗艾滋病最有效的方法,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)耐药是影响HAART治疗效果的主要原因之一。中医药在干预其他疾病的耐药方面积累了丰富的经验,为中医药干预HIV耐药的研究提供了借鉴和参考。通过对HIV耐药分类与流行病学分析,结合目前我国HIV耐药发生的特点和中医药干预HAART的初步实践,提出开展HAART耐药的中医基础研究,筛选干预HAART耐药有效方药,最终形成中医药干预HAART耐药临床方案并进行推广,拓展中西医结合治疗艾滋病的新途径。At present,highly active antiretroviral therapy（ HAART） is the most effective way to treat acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（ AIDS）,and human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV） drug-resistance is one of the main reasons influencing the treatment effect of HAART. Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in intervening drug resistance in other diseases,which can provide references and models for the study on Chinese medicine intervention in HIV resistance. This article analyzes the classification and epidemiology of HIV drug resistance and introduces the characteristics of China＇ s HIV resistance and the preliminary practice of Chinese medicine intervention in HAART. Then,the article provide the following suggestions,including to carry out the Chinese medicine basic study on HAART resistance,to screen the effective drug intervention of HAART drug resistance,finally to form the clinical plans of Chinese medicine intervention of HAART resistant,in order to expand the new way of treating AIDS with combining Chinese and western medicine.
