新常态视域下少数民族体育产业发展存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：从体育大国向体育强国转变,是中国梦的有机组成部分,而少数民族体育产业发展无疑是影响我国成为体育强国、实现中国梦的主要因素。总体上看,虽然少数民族体育产业与我国体育产业一道取得了较快发展,但仍处于初级阶段,特别是面对新常态,少数民族体育产业面临前所未有的挑战。为此,本文以为新制度经济学、人才经济学、产业融合理论等依托,从政策法规、人才队伍建设、产业融合发展入手,在分析各自存在不足的基础上,提出了解决路径,力图积极推进少数民族体育产业治理体系和治理能力现代化,助力民族地区如期完成扶贫任务、如期全面建成小康社会。From sports country to sports power, is an organic part of the Chinese dream, and the minority sports industry development is undoubtedly affect our country become a sports power, realize the main factors of the Chinese dream. Overall,although minority sports industry and sports industry in China has achieved rapid development,but it is still in its infancy,especially in the face of the new normal,ethnic minority sports industry is facing unprecedented challenges.For this reason,this article thought that the new system economics,economics,and the theory of industrial convergence,fusion of the policies and regulations, the talent team construction,the industry development,this paper on the basis of the analysis of their respective shortcomings, puts forward the way to solve, to actively promote ethnic minority sports industry modernized management system and management ability, help to schedule tasks for poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas,to build a well-off society in an all-round way as scheduled.
