摘  要:根据中国甘薯生产发展的需要,莆田市农业科学研究所以莆薯90(台引2号×湘薯75-55)为母本,通过计划集团杂交选育出了高产稳产型甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)新品种莆薯20。在2010-2011年福建省甘薯新品种区域试验中,该品种平均鲜薯产量为47 054.10 kg/hm2,比对照品种金山57增产13.76%;在2012年福建省甘薯新品种生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为46 504.50 kg/hm2,比对照增产0.06%。该品种干物率为23.39%,出粉率为13.99%,食味品质与对照相当,外观品质优于对照,中抗蔓割病,中感薯瘟病。在栽培技术上主要应注意适时早栽、合理密植和科学肥水管理等。According to the requirement of sweetpotato production in China, the new sweetpotato variety with high and stable yield, which was Pushu 20, was bred by crossing among female parent Pushu 90(Taiyin No.2×Xiangshu 75-55) and several male lines in Putian Institute of Agricultural Sciences. The average yield of fresh storage roots of Pushu 20 in new sweetpotato variety regional trial in Fujian from 2010 to 2011 was 47 054.10 kg / hm2, which was 13.76% higher than the control variety, Jinshan 57. The results of new sweetpotato variety production trial in Fujian in 2012 showed that the average yield of fresh storage roots of Pushu 20 was 46 504.50 kg / hm2, which was 0.06% higher than the control variety. It was moderately resistant to fusarium wilt, but moderately susceptible to bacterial wilt. In addition, the dry matter content of Pushu20 was 23.39%, the flour yield was 13.99%, the taste quality was equivalent to the control, and the appearance quality was better than the control. The key cultivation techniques of Pushu 20 included advance planting, rational close planting, proper fertilizer and water employing.
