摘 要:利用外源一氧化氮供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)处理、表皮条检测的方法研究了外源NO(nitric oxide)对拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)气孔运动的影响。结果表明,随着外源NO浓度的增大,气孔关闭的效应也逐渐增大。但该效应可被c-PTIO逆转。此外,就内源NO在光、暗调控的气孔运动中的作用进行了讨论。This article focused on the effect of nitric oxide on dark regulated stomatal movement in Arabidopsis thaliana, with the method of chemical trement by the exogenous donor of nitric oxide, sodium nitroprusside(SNP), and determination of the stomatal aperture of the epidermal stripes in Arabidopsis. The results showed that the stomatal was closed with increasing concentration of exogenous NO in light. Conversely, it has no effect on stripes in darkness with the same treatment. But the darkness regulated stomatal closure can be reversed by c-PTIO and L-NAME. It indicated that NO could be activated by darkness and this high level of NO was responsible for the stomatal closure of Arabidopsis.
