摘　　要：选取位于县城、城乡结合部、矿区等地的典型棕地案例,利用GPS和Google Earth定位棕地位置,结合重心法、层次分析法、耕地地力评价等方法,探索不同区位棕地最佳的再利用方式,总结棕地再利用的规律。结果显示,县城棕地经济价值高,再利用方式首选为商业用地;城乡结合部棕地再利用方式有多种选择,利用层次分析法筛选出公共用地为最佳利用方式;矿区棕地应注重土地修复和耕地恢复。Selected typical brownfields in county, rural-urban fringe zone, mining area and so on, positioned the location through GPS and Google Earth, based on centroid method, analytic hierarchy process and the cultivated land fertility evaluation to explore the best way of different brownfields using in different locations, then summarized the law of the brownfield redevelopment. The results showed that brownfields in county internal had high economic value, so the commercial land use should be the first choice; brownfields in rural-urban continuum had many redevelopment mode, the best mode seleted through analytic hierarchy process was public land reuse; the land restoration and recovery should be paid attention to the mining area brownfields.
