摘  要:为了构建黔山苍子(Litsea cubeba)挥发油的指纹图谱,利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子果实挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分及相对百分含量。以β-柠檬醛为对照,通过对10批贵州不同产地山苍子样品的测定,标定了16个共有峰,并通过浙江大学中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件计算相似度等有关参数,表明指纹图谱与定性分析相结合是黔山苍子质量控制的一种简单可靠的方法。To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of the oil samples from Litsea cubeba Pers by GC / MS. With steam distillation extraction method, Litsea cubeba essential oil was extracted from the fruits. The qualitative and quantitative analyses of Litsea cubeba essential oil were carried out with GC-MS. Taking neral as the reference peak, 16 common-peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks. The similarities among samples of Litsea cubeba Pers among 10 approved samples and their standard chromatographic fingerprints were calculated with software- "the traditional medicine fingerprint similarity calculation software of Zhejiang University ". The common model of chromatographic fingerprints established on the ten samples can provide theoretical basis for appraisal and quality control of commercial volatile oil from Litsea cubeba Pers.
