摘　　要：通过分析直立炉煤气净化一般工艺流程,阐述稳压控制原理,制定系统的最佳控制策略,开发出适用煤气净化系统的智能控制软件,并将该软件应用于某工程,实践结果表明应用智能控制系统的效果明显好于手动控制,实现了直立炉煤气净化系统智能控制。Through the analysis of the general process of gas purification in vertical furnace,the control principle and the optimal control strategy of the system were described. The intelligent control software was developed and applied to a project. The results show that the intelligent control system is better than that of the control system.
