摘　　要：县域农业可持续发展对整个国家的社会和经济可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。全面分析县域在农业发展过程中面临的问题,因地制宜地提出实施农业可持续发展的途径和措施,对实现我国农业可持续发展这一战略目标具有重要意义。选取具有典型地貌结构的江西省余干县为研究对象,通过系统研究余干县在农业发展过程中面临的问题,深入探讨问题的成因,针对性地提出了实施农业可持续发展的对策和措施,以期为县域实施农业可持续发展提供可参考的方法与建议。During the development of the agriculture,there were also some problems. Agriculture waste was not fully utilized,crop straw burned on the spot or piled up at random,and the level of science and technology and equipment of agriculture could not meet the needs of agricultural modernization and so forth. These problems did not only bring serious pressures to the development of agriculture,but also bring hidden danger to the security of grain and other agricultural products,and even caused huge waste of resources and environmental pollution. To solve the problems facing in the process of agricultural development in Yugan County,this paper put forward such countermeasures as setting up diversified agricultural investment mechanism,improving and perfecting the rural land policy and carrying out scale management,developing and promoting specialized social service organization of agriculture,and taking the advantage of location to develop the multiple agricultural model.
