摘　　要：自人民银行建立《涉农贷款统计制度》以来,经过多次修订得以不断完善。但在日常数据采集和现场统计检查中发现,制度中的一些概念定义和报表指标设置与"三农"的概念还不能完全匹配,金融机构在实际执行制度过程中还存在着概念模糊、层次划分混乱等一些问题。Since the agriculture-related loans statistics system was established by The People＇s Bank Of China, it has been improved and perfected many times. However, through daily data collection and on-site inspection,we found that some definitions and indicators did not match the concept of ＂three agricultures＂ fully. In the process of system being implemented by financial institutions, there are some problems such as concept ambiguity, classifying confusion, and so on.
