中部地区新型城镇化质量时空演变——以山西省为例

摘　　要：从新型城镇化内涵出发,构建由经济、社会、人口、生态、居民生活质量、城乡统筹发展6个子系统组成的新型城镇化的质量的评价指标体系;利用熵值法确定指标权重,对山西省2000年、2005年、2010年、2013年四个时期的县市城镇化发展质量进行测度,以此为变量,运用差异系数,对山西县市城镇化质量差异的演变过程进行定量分析;并以城镇化质量综合得分为依据,通过系统聚类分析法,构建五大类型区,结合GIS可视化功能和Geo Da空间自相关法对新型城镇化空间格局进行分析.主要结论:(1)山西省县市城镇化质量总体上呈上升态势,但发展不够稳定;(2)城镇化质量差异主要表现为经济发展质量差异,城乡统筹发展质量差异;生态发展质量差异、居民生活质量、社会发展质量、人口发展质量差异相对较小;(3)城镇化质量空间格局受原有格局的影响较大,相对较高质量区域在省会城市周围的辐射地带和煤炭资源聚集的地区;(4)以太原市区、大同矿区为中心"H-H"极化作用显著;晋北和晋西北地区大同—忻州—朔州—吕梁一带"L-L"集聚显著,集中连片;以运城盐湖区为中心"H-L"作用显著;近年来朔州市朔城区"H-H"作用显著,有望发展成为新的极化中心.Based on the connotation of new-type urbanization,the evaluation system of new urbanization quality was established in the article,which was composed of six subsystems： economy,society,population,ecological environment,residents quality of life,urban-rural development. The weight of index was worked out with the entropy method and use this method to measure the development level of the new-type urbanization quality of the counties and cities of Shanxi Province in 2000,2003,2010,2013 four periods. And then taking these as variables,we also use coefficient of variation to analyze the process and pattern of new-type urbanization quality of the counties and cities of Shanxi Province. According to overall scores,use cluster analysis method,the counties and cities are classified into five categories. Combined with GIS visualization and Geo Da spatial autocorrelation to analyze the spatial pattern of new-type urbanization. The main conclusions：（ 1） Urbanization quality in Shanxi Province showed an overall upward trend but it varied in different time periods for some cities.（ 2） the differences in the quality of urbanization mainly present in the quality of economic development and urban-rural development; development quality of ecological,residents quality of life,quality of social t,quality of the population are relatively small;（ 3） spatial pattern of the quality of urbanization greatly influenced by the original pattern,high urbanization quality areas are mainly located in the around of the capital city＇radiation zone and areas where coal resources gathering in;（ 4）the＂ H-H ＂effect of center of Taiyuan and Datong are obvious; the＂ L-L ＂effect of polarization centre in north and northwest of Shanxi Province and Datong-Xinzhou-Shuozhou- Lvliang areas was obvious; the＂ H-L ＂effect of Salt Lake which was the polarization centre of Yuncheng was obvious ＂H-L＂significant role; Shuozhou Moon City in recent years,＂ H-H ＂effect of Shuo Chengqu appeared recently it will develop to be a
