无皱套包鞋包底围条工业样版制取技术分析

摘　　要：针对无皱套包鞋制版技术难度大、取跷过程繁复,工艺水平要求高的特点,探讨其核心技术——包底围条工业样版的制取。以耳式和舌式两大常见套包鞋款式为主线,进行二次取跷还原数据试验,深入剖析旋转消皱技术归位围条围盖接帮线和剪口分割法归位楦底中线消除包底围条皱褶的具体方案及操作要点,探索无皱套包鞋包底围条工业样版制取技术,有效提高无皱套包鞋的工业制版精度和生产效率,可应用于相关工业生产。In view of the difficulty of pattern making technology, the complexity of spring process and the hightechnology level of wrinkle - free moccasin, this paper probes into the core technology of pattern engineering ofwrinkle- free moccasin＇ s vamp. By using the ear style and the tongue style as the research main line, thispaper carried out a secondary spring data reduction test, made a deep analysis on the specific program and op-eration rules of the spring method of rotation and the spring method of cutting notches and conducted an explo-ration of pattern engineering of wrinkle - free moccasin＇ s vamp, which could be applied for moccasin＇ s com-mercial production, effectively improving the pattern engineering＇ s accuracy and productivity.
