摘　　要：通过理解"工业4.0"对未来制造业的要求,并分析PLM的应用需求,建立了基于PLM的设计、生产、销售一体化模式.使用UG NX参数化设计软件的CAD、CAE、CAM、CAPP无缝连接,以数据流动作为工业活动的驱动,可以使我国小五金企业迅速响应市场需求的变化,保持生产力的发展,在国际市场获得更多的生存空间.With the full understanding of the future manufacturing industry trend which meets the requirement of Industry 4.0,a pattern based on PLM integrated with design,production and marketing is set. Through the seamless connection among CAD,CAE,CAM,CAPP of parametric design software UG NX,with the drive from the flow of data to the industrial activities,the domestic hardware manufacturers can adjust to the changes of market requirements rapidly and develop their production capacity sustainably so as to occupy a broader international market.
