摘 要:残存瓦斯含量是煤层瓦斯含量的重要组成部分,它的准确、高效测定有助于提升煤层瓦斯含量测定技术水平。真空脱气系统和煤样破碎系统是残存瓦斯含量测定装置的重要组成部分,因此,有必要对它们进行改进。本研究首先对这两个装置进行了技术改进,并与传统装置开展了对比性实验;然后,对实验数据进行了分析,得出了相应的分布曲线图。研究结果显示,经过技术改进,真空脱气系统的密封性能更加可靠,煤样破碎系的粉碎效率得到有效提升,并且,它的最佳转速为145~165 r/min。Residual gas content is an important part of the coal seam gas content,it's accurate and efficient determination helps to improve the level of coal seam gas content measurement techniques. Vacuum degassing system and coal crushing system are important parts of the measuring device of thecoal seam residual gascontent,and therefore,it is necessary to improve theirsperformance. In this study,these two devices were technical improved firstly,and carried out a comparison experiment with the traditional means; and then,the experiment data were analyzed,and thecorresponding distribution curve were obtained. The results show that,after technical improvements,the sealing performance of the vacuum degassing system is more reliable,the grinding efficiency of the coal crushing system has been effectively improved,and,its optimum speed is 145 ~165r / min.
