摘　　要：造成矿山救护队自身伤亡的原因,包括主观因素和客观因素两个方面。通过结合典型案例,在深入分析决策失误、违章救援、技术措施不当、呼吸器故障和身体素质不达标等致因因素的基础上,基于"管理、装备、培训"三并重原则,就如何有效避免自身伤亡事故的发生,分别从科学的救援理念、正确的决策指挥、合理可行的救援方案、先进适用的救援技术装备、科学严格的管理和训练以及培育安全救护文化等方面提出了针对性建议措施。Causes of the mine rescue crew＇s own casualties include two aspects of subjective and objective. In combination with typical cases,cause factors such as decision- making errors,violation of the rescue regulations,improper rescue and technical measures,breathing apparatus fault and unqualified physical quality were analyzed. According to three equal attention principle of ＂management,equipment,training＂,some corresponding suggestions is put forward on how to prevent mine rescue crew＇s own casualties accidents effectively,including scientific rescue idea,correct decision- making command,reasonable rescue plan,advanced applicable rescue technology and equipment,strict scientific management and training,and to foster safety culture.
