摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈疗法对帕金森病患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月诊治的帕金森病患者52例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,26例患者实施常规治疗为对照组,26例患者实施生物反馈疗法治疗为观察组,于治疗前后行帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)评定、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定、睡眠呼吸监测。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者帕金森病睡眠量表评分、最低血氧饱和度、平均血氧饱和度均显著增加,而PSQI评分、呼吸紊乱指数、氧减指数均显著降低。观察组患者帕金森病睡眠量表评分、最低血氧饱和度、平均血氧饱和度、总有效率均明显高于对照组,而PSQI评分、呼吸紊乱指数、氧减指数均明显低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈疗法可明显提高帕金森病患者的睡眠质量,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of biological feedback therapy on sleep quality of patients with Parkinson＇s disease. Methods A total of 52 patients with Parkinson＇s disease in this hospital during October 2013 to October 2014 were selected for this study,they werrandomly divided into two groups,26 patients received routine treatment were allocated in control group,and 26 patients received biological feedback therapy were listed in observation group. All these patients were evaluated by Parkinson disease sleep scale（ PDSS）,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale（ PSQI） and sleep apnea monitoring before and after treatment. The efficacy of treatment was compared between these two groups. Results Parkinson disease sleep scales,LSp O2 and MSp O2 in patients of these 2 groups after treatment were significantly increased,while PSQI scores,AHI and ODI were significantly decreased in these two groups. Parkinson disease sleep scales,LSp O2,MSp O2 and total effective rate in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group,while PSQI scores,AHI and ODI in patients of observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group,and the differences was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Biological feedback therapy can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with Parkinson＇s disease,and it has significant efficacy,hence it is worthy to be clinically applied.
