摘　　要：以西门子PLC为控制器,以昆仑通态触摸屏为设置故障的HMI(人机界面),实现了对磨床控制电路的故障设置。该研究已应用于实践,设计并制作出了智能排故设备,使用效果良好,设置故障简便易学。该设备既可应用于机床排故能力的训练,亦可应用于触摸屏技术、PLC技术等课程的学习中。该项目已授权国家应用新型专利。In this article, the malfunction setting of /grinder control circuit is realized. The controller is PLC. The troubleshooting HMI is MCGS. The Research has been applied in practice. Smart troubleshooting equipment has been designed and made.We can easily set-up faults on this equipmnet. The equipmnet can be used to train troubleshooting ability.It can also be used in study of touch screen and PLC. This project has been authorized national application patent.
