摘  要:目的探讨Mobetron 1000移动式术中放疗加速器电子线的剂量学特性和操作技术。方法对Mobetron加速器所配套的47个不同形状、尺寸的限光筒进行4、6、9、12 Mev共4种能量的物理数据测量分析,总结临床32例患者的术中放射治疗操作经验。结果直径10 cm、端面0°的限光筒的4、6、9、12 Mev能量的最大深度剂量分别是0.6、1.2、1.6、2 cm,治疗深度分别为0.9、1.8、2.5、3.4 cm。32例患者术中放射治疗剂量正确,操作顺利,无意外发生。结论应用移动式术中放疗加速器具有正常组织保护好、治疗时间短、生物效应高等优势。Objective To explore the dosimetric characteristics and operation technique of the Mobetron 1000 mobile linear accelerator for intra-operative radiation therapy. Methods The 47 calimators with different shapes and sizes of the Mobetron accelerator were tested by 4,6,9,12 and Mev. The experience of intra-operative radiation therapy in 32 patients was summarized. Results The maximum depth doses of calimator with diameter of 10 cm and 0°end surface tested by 4,6,9,12 Mev were 0. 6,1. 2,1. 6 and 2 cm respectively,and the clinical treatment depth were 0. 9,1. 8,2. 5 and 3. 4 cm respectively. The 32 patients were treated with correct dose for intra-operative radiation therapy and the correct operation,and no accidents occurred. Conclusion Application of mobile linear accelerator for intra-operative radiation therapy has the advantages of good protection for normal tissue,short treatment time and high biological effect.
