综合护理干预在手术室麻醉苏醒护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预应用于手术室麻醉苏醒护理中的价值。方法选择本院收治的96例接受气管插管全身麻醉患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展综合护理干预,对2组患者干预后麻醉苏醒情况进行观察。结果 2组麻醉后自主呼吸时间无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组呼之握拳时间、呼之睁眼时间、拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);麻醉苏醒时,2组意识恢复及疼痛、药物处理等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组麻醉苏醒期并发症发生率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论手术室麻醉苏醒护理中开展综合护理干预措施,有利于患者及早苏醒,并恢复意识,减轻患者疼痛感,控制并发症发生。Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with anesthesia in operation room. Methods A total of 96 general anesthesia patients who underwent tracheal intubation were as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group accepted routine nursing,and the observation group applied comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The revival conditions of two groups after anesthesia were observed. Results No difference in spontaneous breathing time after anesthesia between the two groups was observed（ P〈0. 05）. The fist-clenching time,eye-opening time,extubation time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in consciousness recovery and other indicators such as pain and drug treatment in awake patients in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. In anesthesia awakening period,there was significant difference in complication rates in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is favorable of awaking and regaining consciousness of patients,and can control the complications and relieve pain.
