摘  要:采用转矩流变仪制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚酰胺(PA6)重量比为80/20共混体系,通过DSC、SEM、XRD等测试研究了共混体系的相容性。研究结果表明,PA6作为分散相,随机分布在连续相PET中,为"海-岛"状分散结构。PET/PA6共混体系DSC曲线中两次升温过程中均出现两个熔融峰(T_(M1)/T_(M2);T_(M3)/T_(M4)),且T_(M3)<T_(M1),T_(M4)<T_(M2),说明该体系为热力学不相容。PA6分散形态不均匀,二者相容性差;共混过程中两组分各自结晶且相互影响,出现结晶相分离,PA6起到异相成核的作用,整体结晶度有所下降。Described the use of a torque rheometer to prepare PET/polyamide 6 blending system with weight ratios 80/20, studied the blending compatibility by the methods of DSC, SEM, XRD, etc. Results showed that PA6 was distributed in the PET continuous phase randomly in a "sea-island" distribution structure as dispersed phase. The compatibility of PET/PA6 was not good. Two melting peaks(T_(M1)/T_(M2); T_(M4)/T_(M3)) and T_(M3)〈T_(M1), T_(M4)〈T_(M2), it proved the poor compatibility of the system. The PA6 and PET phases crystallized respectively and influenced each other during the blending process, resulting in crystalline phase separation. PA6 acted as a heterogeneous nucleation in PET/PA6 blending system. The crystallization degree of the blending system was lower than that of crystallization degree of pure PET and PA6.
