中药冷热喷联合点穴按摩护理干预对Pilon骨折早期肿胀的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药冷热喷联合点穴按摩护理干预对Pilon骨折早期肿胀的临床效果,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法选择浙江省中医院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的80例Pilon骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予常规护理,治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上加用中药冷热喷联合点穴按摩护理干预,护理5 d,比较2组患者的临床疗效、肿胀消退时间及护理1 d、3 d后疼痛程度变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),对照组总有效率为82.50%(33/40),治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组护理1 d、3 d后VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肿胀消退时间为(5.01±0.49)d,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总满意率为100.00%(40/40),对照组总满意率为82.50%(33/40),治疗组总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药冷热喷联合点穴按摩护理干预降低了Pilon骨折患者早期肿胀程度及疼痛程度,提高了患者满意度,操作简便且无严重不良反应发生,值得临床重视。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with acupoint massage and early nursing intervention on the swelling of Pilon fracture,to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods Eightycases of Pilon from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were fracture patients as the research object. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group（40 cases）,control group were given routine nursing,patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot and cold spray combined with acupoint massage nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,nursing 5 days compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,the swelling time and nursing after 1,3 days after the changes of pain situation. Results Nursing care in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 97. 50%（39 /40） and in the control group,the total efficiency is 82. 50%（33 /40）,in the treatment group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Hot and cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage nursing intervention reduce the Pilon fracture patients with early swelling and the degree of pain,improve patient satisfaction,operation is convenient and has no serious adverse reactio
