大蓟的化学、药理及临床应用特点

摘　　要：大蓟中含有黄酮和黄酮苷类、三萜和甾醇类、挥发油类、木脂素类和其他类成分;大蓟具有抗菌、降血压、止血、抗肿瘤等药理作用;在现代临床应用中,常用来治疗吐血、衄血、尿血、血淋、血崩、带下、肿毒、疔疮、高血压等。大蓟具有良好的药理活性、较高的应用价值和广阔的应用前景,应积极开发大蓟的药用价值。Daji（ Cirsium Japonicum） contains flavonoids and flavonoid glycosides,triterpenoids and sterols,volatile oils,lignans and other types of ingredients; Daji（ Cirsium Japonicum） has antibacterial,lowering blood pressure,stopping bleeding,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects. In the modern clinical applications,it is commonly used to treat vomiting blood,epistaxis,hematuria,blood strangury,vaginal bleeding,vaginal discharge,swollen poison,boils,high blood pressure and so on. Daji（ Cirsium Japonicum） has good pharmacological activity,higher application value and broad application prospects,and it＇ s medicinal value should be actively developed proactively.
