疏肝益阳胶囊治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察疏肝益阳胶囊治疗慢性疲劳综合征肝郁肾虚证的临床疗效。方法：将80例男性慢性疲劳综合征患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏肝益阳胶囊治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效、FS-14评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、中医证候评分及不良反应。结果：①两组患者临床疗效比较：对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5.00,P=0.048）;②两组患者治疗后FS-14评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③两组患者治疗后SDS评分、SAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;④两组患者疗后的中医证候评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;⑤两组治疗后生活质量积分均比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;6对照组40例患者中,有13例出现口渴、口干、恶心、不思饮食,治疗组40例患者,有5例出现口渴、口干、恶心、不思饮食,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：疏肝益阳胶囊治疗慢性疲劳综合征肝郁肾虚证疗效显著,能提高患者生活质量,且不良反应小。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Yiyang capsule in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods： 80 male patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,each of 40 cases. The control group using Paroxetine Hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group based on the control group was given Shugan Yiyang capsule. After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,FS-14 score,SDS score,SAS score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction were compared. Results： ①Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups： the effective rate of control group was 70. 0%,the treatment group was 90. 0%,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 5. 00,P = 0. 048）;②FS-14 score in the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; ③The two groups after treatment SDS score,SAS score comparison,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; ④TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; ⑤After treatment,comparison quality of life scores of the two group showed that the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; ⑥ 40 patients in the control group,there were 13 cases with thirst,dry mouth,nausea,poor appetite; 40 cases in the treatment group,there were 5 cases with thirst,dry mouth,nausea,poor appetite,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shugan Yiyang capsule in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome of stagnation of liver depression and deficiency of the kidney has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of the patients,with small adverse reactions.
