中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察稳心解毒汤联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法：将92例确诊为病毒性心肌炎的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组46例,对照组给予改善和促进心肌营养代谢、抗感染、抗病毒药物、糖皮质激素治疗。三磷酸腺苷20～40 mg,辅酶A 100～200 U,加入质量浓度5%葡萄糖500 mL,静脉滴注;辅酶Q10胶囊10～30 mg,口服;维生素C注射液5 g,维生素B6 100 mg,1,6二磷酸果糖注射液,静脉滴注,每日1次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用稳心解毒汤治疗。方药组成：金银花30 g,桂枝10 g,玄参20 g,茯苓15 g,麦冬15 g,生石膏15 g,丹参12 g,白术10 g,生龙骨15 g,生牡蛎15 g,炙甘草6g。两组均30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组患者临床疗效、心电图疗效、血液流变学改善情况及症状和体征改善时间。结果：对照组有效率为73.91%,治疗组有效率为91.30%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组心电图疗效、血液流变学改善情况、症状与体征改善时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenxin Jiedu Tang combined with western medicine in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods ：92 cases of patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,46 cases in each group. The control group was given improving and promoting myocardial metabolism, anti infection, antiviral drugs, glucocorticoid therapy. ATP 20 -40 mg, coenzyme A 100 -200 U, with a concentration of 5 % glucose 500 mL, intravenous drip ; coenzyme Q10 10 - 30 mg, oral ; Vitamin C injection 5 g, vitamin B6 100 mg, 1,6 diphosphate fructose injection, intravenous drip, 1 time a day. The treatment group on the basis of the control group combined with Wenxin Jiedu Tang. Composition ： Jinyinhua （Honeysuckle） 30 g, Guizhi （Cinnamon） 10 g, Xuanshen （Scrophulariaceae） 20 g, Fuling （Poria） 15 g, Maidong （ Ophiopogon Japonicus） 15 g, Shengshigao （ Gypsum ） 15 g, Danshen （Salvia） 12 g, Baizhu （ Atractylodes ） 10 g, Shenglonggu （Dragonbones） 15 g,Shengmuli（Oyster） 15 g,Zhigancao（Licorice） 6 g. Two group were 30 days for 1 course,after one course, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, ECG curative effect, blood rheology improvement, the symptoms and signs improvement times. Results： The effective rate of control group was 73.91%, the treatment group was 91.30%, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ECG efficacy, blood rheology improvement, the symptoms and signs improvement times of the treatment group compared with those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）Conclusion：Combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis has significant curative effect.
