温肺健脾益气法治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温肺健脾益气法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例变应性鼻炎肺脾气虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组依温肺健脾益气法拟止鼽汤加减治疗,药物组成:黄芪、生白术、防风、丝瓜络、白芷、辛荑、地龙、大枣、生姜、葛根、苍耳子、细辛、乌梅、五味子、炙甘草,每日1剂,水煎取汁400 m L,分两次口服,4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效;对照组给予左西替利嗪口服和辅舒良喷鼻治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,并于治疗后观察临床疗效、伴随症状改善率和随访半年复发率。结果:治疗组有效率为92%,对照组有效率为74%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组伴随症状改善率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗结束后半年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肺健脾益气法治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,伴随症状改善明显,复发率显著降低。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of warming lung and strengthening spleen and supplementing Qi method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zhi Qiu Tang,drug composition： Huangqi（ Astragalus）,Shengbaizhu（ Raw White Atractylodes Rhizome）,Fangfeng（ Saposhnikovia Divaricata）,Sigualuo（ Loofah Sponge）,Baizhi（ Radix Angelicae）,Xinyi（ Flos Magnolia Liliflorae）,Dilong（ Earthworm）,Dazao（ Jujube）,Shengjiang（ Ginger）,Gegen（ Radix Puerariae）,Cangerzi（ Fructus Xanthii）,Xixin（ Asarum）,Wumei（ Fructus Mume）,Wuweizi（ Schisandra chinensis）,Zhigancao（ Licorice）,one agent daily,water decoction 400 mL,two times a day,4 weeks for a course of treatment,observed the curative effect after 3 courses of treatment; The control group was given levocetirizine orally and Flixonase nasal spray treatment,the two groups were 4 weeks for one course,a total of 3 courses of treatment,and observed the clinical curative effect after the treatment,the improvement rate of the clinical symptoms and followed up recurrence rate for six months. Result： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92%,the control group was 74%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Symptom improvement rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment within half a year relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Warming lung,invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has distinct curative effect,accompanying symptoms improved significantly,the recurrence rate decreased significantly.
