耳针与灸法并用治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳针与灸法并用治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为治疗组49例,采用耳针与灸法并用治疗;对照组47例,口服氨基葡萄糖、双氯芬酸钠治疗。观察两组疗效和不良反应,并进行评价。结果:治疗组有效率95.91%,对照组有效率80.85%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现不良反应,均属安全性评价Ⅰ级;对照组有不同程度的不良反应出现,安全性评价Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级共7例。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:耳针与灸法并用治疗膝骨性关节炎效果显著,且安全可靠。Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion and auricular acupuncture treatment on osteoarthritis of knee（ KOA） of Yang-deficient-due-to-cold type. Methods： A total of 96 patients of KOA were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 49） who were treated with moxibustion and auricular acupuncture treatment,and the control group（ n = 47） who were asked to take glucosamine and Diclofenac sodium. Clinical symptom scores were assessed before and after the treatment,and the adverse reaction was observed. Results： The effective rate of treatment group（ 95. 91%） was better than the control group（ 80. 85%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group did not appear adverse reactions,belong to the safety evaluation grade I,and the control group had different degrees of adverse reactions,safety evaluation grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ,a total of 7 cases.The rate of adverse reaction of treatment group was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Moxibustion and auricular acupuncture treatment therapy has significant effect in treating patients with KOA,with safety and reliance.
