针刺治疗慢传输型便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗对慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组38例口服麻仁丸,每日3次,每次8 g,连续口服30 d。治疗组42例采用针刺治疗,10 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计治疗效果。观察两组治疗前后生活质量自评量表积分及症状评分的变化。结果:治疗组有效率为71.42%,对照组有效率为42.10%;两组治疗后生活质量自评量表积分比较,除了两组心理社会不适及对照组躯体不适外,其余均较同组治疗前积分降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,其中治疗组对排便不尽感和排便紧迫感的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗慢传输型便秘有较好的疗效,能明显改善慢传输型便秘患者临床症状,提高生存质量。Objective： To explore the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with slow transit constipation. Methods： 80 cases of constipation patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,38 cases in control group were given oral Maren pills,3 times daily,8 g each time,continuous oral administration of 30 d.42 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture,10 days for 1 course. After 3 courses of treatment,statistics of the effect. Two groups were observed before and after treatment the quality of life of self rating scale scores and symptom score changes. Results： The effective of acupuncture treatment group was 71. 42%,the control group was 42. 10%; After treatment,the quality of life of self rating scale scores comparison of the two groups,in addition to the two group psychological discomfort and control group body discomfort,compared with the same group before treatment was reduced,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Symptom score in two groups were lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the treatment group of bowel as sense and defecation urgency sense of improvement than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in the treatment of slow transit constipation has better curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of slow transit constipation patients,improve the quality of life. Conclusion： Conclusion： acupuncture treatment of slow transit constipation has a good effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of slow transit constipation patients,improve the quality of life.
