摘　　要：从计费管理的特点出发,介绍网络计费管理模型的架构,针对IP计费存在的问题,提出基于Proxy Server的网络计费管理系统模型,并利用路由器MIB的访问实现了指定起始IP和终止IP之间的流量和费用。Starting from the characteristics of accounting management,this paper introduces the structure of the network accounting management model,aiming at the existing problem of IP billing,put forward the model of network accounting management system based on Proxy Server,and use the access router MIB to achieve specified start IP and end IP between flow rate and costs.
