摘　　要：伴随着经济的发展、社会的进步,我国的城镇化水平逐渐提高,城镇化速度亦明显加快。城镇化基础设施是人们普遍关心的一个重要问题,因为它关系着人们的日常生活,是人们生活起居的基础。基础设施的建设与完善使资金的需求与供给出现冲突,所以,拓宽城镇基础设施筹资渠道、创新筹资工具、拓展基础设施筹资模式,就成为当务之急。同时,筹资过程也离不开科学的制度规范,以及系统的政策引导。基于此,剖析了目前我国城镇基础设施筹资存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的解决建议。With the development of economy,social progress,China＇s urbanization level gradually increased,the speed of urbanization has accelerated noticeably. Urbanization infrastructure is one of the important issues of common concern,because it is related with people＇s daily life,people＇s life living infrastructure foundation. The demand and supply of funds and improve the conflict,therefore,to broaden the urban infrastructure financing channels,innovative financing tools,expand infrastructure financing mode,has become a pressing matter of the moment. At the same time,regulation to regulate the financing process also cannot do without science,and system policy guidance.Based on the analysis of the current urban infrastructure the financing problems,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
