摘　　要：目的:探讨Myosure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗宫内良性占位病变的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年11月至2015年10月应用Myosure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗宫内良性占位病变的74例患者的临床资料。根据术后1月随访结果,包括阴道流血情况、月经改善情况、是否接受再次干预,将手术疗效分为满意与不满意。结果:74例患者完成手术顺利,无器械故障发生。手术操作时间平均11分钟,平均出血量24.3 ml。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型黏膜下肌瘤27例患者行Myosure治疗术后满意率达96.3%,宫内妊娠物残留47例患者行Myosure治疗术后满意率达91.5%。74例患者术中及术后均无并发症发生。结论:Myosure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗宫内良性占位病变安全、有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Myosure hysteroscopic tissue removal system for intrauterine benign diseases. M ethods： A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with intrauterine benign disease who were treated by Myosure from November 2014 to October 2015 was carried out. According to the results of followup,including vaginal bleeding,menstrual improvement and whether to accept secondary intervention,the postoperative effect was divided into satisfied and unsatisfied. Results： All surgery of 74 cases were successfully completed,with the mean operative period 11 minutes and the mean blood loss volume during the operation 24. 3 ml. For27 cases of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ submucosal myoma,the postoperative satisfaction rate reached 96. 3%. For 47 cases of intrauterine pregnancy residues,the postoperative satisfation rate was 91. 5%. No Intraoperative and postoperative complications happened in all 74 patients. Conclusions： Myosure hysteroscopic tissue removal system is a safe and effective treatment for intrauterine benign disease.
