域外行政法学研究追踪(2013-2014)——基于Heinonline数据库的分析

摘　　要：就域外行政法学研究的总体而言,其呈现出了研究方法多元化、学科联系紧密化、地域分布集聚化、学术协同常态化的态势。就研究亮点而言,其主要表征为四大转型:其一,研究重心从实体理论探讨转向行政程序规制;其二,从行政法学总论体系完善转向行政法学分论体系架构;其三,从国内行政法体系转向区域性或全球性行政法体系。其四,行政法学研究当中逐渐融入了私法的合意性要素。就研究热点而言,其始终与不断演进的社会紧密相关。For the general trends of the foreign administrative law research, there are four characteristics, namely, the diversification of the research methods, the tightening of subject relationships, the agglomeration of regional distribution, and the normalization of academic collaboration. In terms of research highlights, there are mainly four transitions, i.e. first, from the entity theory to administrative procedures; second, from the general system improvement of the administrative law to its specific provisions; third, from the domestic administrative law system to regional or global administrative law systems; fourth, the studies mix administrative law with the desirability elements from the private law. In terms of research hotspots, it is always closely related to the evolving society.
