摘　　要：构建军队院校生长干部学员综合素质评估指标体系,是对生长干部学员综合素质进行评估的基础和依据,本文分析了军队院校生长干部学员综合素质评估指标体系构建的基本原则和构建基础,提出一套定量与定性相结合、共性与个性相结合的综合素质三级评估指标体系。Building the evaluation index system of comprehensive quality for the growing cadre students in military academies is the basis of evaluating the comprehensive quality of the growing cadre students. This paper analyzes the basic principles and foundation of building the evaluation index system of comprehensive quality for the growing cadre students in military academies, puts forward a set of evaluation index system with 3 levels of combining quantitative and qualitative and combining universality and individuality.
