摘　　要：通过构建区域港口之间合作博弈模型,发现在帕累托改进下,区域港口间合作的收益高于双方独自行动,这说明港口间有合作的动力。在双方合作的前提下,提出从激励相容约束机制、风险分担机制、利益分配机制、信息共享机制、监督反馈机制优化区域港口长期、稳定合作。By constructing the cooperative game model between ports, it is found that the benefit of cooperation is higher than noncooperation under the improvement of Pareto. It means there is cooperation motivation between both sides. Under the premise of cooperation between both sides, this article promoted to optimize the long-term, stable cooperation of regional ports by incentive compatibility constraint mechanism, risk sharing mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, information sharing mechanism, supervision and feedback mechanism.
