融合型学生工作体系的探索与实践——以西安电子科技大学微电子学院为例

摘　　要：教育功能多样化、管理功能专业化、服务功能准确化是现代社会对高校学生工作提出的要求。本文以西安电子科技大学微电子学院为例,介绍将社会力量和学生群体融入学生工作体系的工作实践,提出对融合型学生工作体系的探索。The diversified education, the specialized administration and the accurate service are the requirements of modern society for student affairs in colleges and universities. Taking School of Microelectronics of Xidian University as a case, this paper introduces the practice of integrating social forces and students groups into student affairs system and proposes the integrative pattern of student affairs system.
