摘　　要：在综合交通运输体系加快建设的背景下,道路运输结构调整和发展方式转变成为趋势,这对道路交通类人才培养需求产生重要影响。基于校企协同创新、合作育人的新机制,研究建立面向道路运输行业的交通类应用型人才校企协同培养评价指标体系和评价模型,为定量评价交通类应用型人才培养质量、完善校企协同培育体系提供决策支持。Under the background of accelerating construction of comprehensive transportation system, adjustment of road transportation structure and change of the pattern of economic development becomes a trend, which produces important influence on road traffic class talent training demand. Based on college-enterprise collaborative innovation, and talent cultivation mechanism, this paper researches to establish an evaluation system of college-enterprise collaborative cultivation of applied traffic talents orienting at roadway transportation industry, so as to provide decision support for quantitative evaluation of the training quality of applied traffic talents and improving the college-enterprise collaborative cultivation system.
