摘　　要：机关事业单位养老保险改革备受关注,改革前后原待遇和新办法待遇的差额是机关事业单位职工最为关心的问题,新的养老金计发办法是养老保险制度改革的重中之重。文章结合湖北省的实际情况,重点就如何体会"老人老办法、新人新制度、中人逐步过渡"的方针,对"老、新、中"三类人员的老金计发办法进行初步探析。The organs and institutions pension reform concern, the difference between the original and the new treatment approach to treatment before and after the reform is the issue of government employees are most concerned about, the new approach is the most important pension is calculated Pension Insurance Reform.
