益生素的作用机制及其在家禽饲料中的应用进展

摘　　要：益生素作为一种新型饲料添加剂,因具有维护肠道微生物平衡、促进动物生长、提高饲料转化率和降低环境污染等特点,在畜牧业中的重要地位日益显著。文章在介绍益生素的概念、种类、作用机理的基础上,着重综述益生素在家禽饲料中的应用。Probiotics as a new type of feed additives,can maintain the balance of intestinal flora,promote animal growth,improve feed conversion and reduce environmental pollution,is increasingly important in animal husbandry.In this paper,the concept,type and mechanism of probiotics were briefly introduced and then the application of probiotics in poultry nutrition was emphatically reviewed.
