膝关节不同进针点注射玻璃酸钠并留针治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察膝关节不同进针点注射玻璃酸钠并留针治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将150例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组75例(92膝)和对照组75例(102膝),治疗组在膝关节内外膝眼穴注射玻璃酸钠并留针30 s,对照组在膝关节其他部位(髌骨外上缘等)注射玻璃酸钠并留针30 s。2组均为初次注射,每周1次,连续5次为1个疗程,观察1个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及并发症。结果:治疗第1,2周后,2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3,4,5周后,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在膝关节内外膝眼穴注射玻璃酸钠并留针疗效好,并发症少,可减轻患者经济负担,优于在膝关节其他部位(髌骨外上缘等)注射玻璃酸钠并留针,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of injecting sodium hyaluronate into different parts of knee joint with needle retaining to treat knee osteoarthritis.Methods：One hundred and fifty cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group（75 cases and 92 knees）and a control group（75 cases and 102 knees）.The treatment group was given injections of sodium hyaluronate into the medial and lateral knee eye acupoints with 30-second needle retaining,while the control group was given injections of sodium hyaluronate into other parts（such as lateral-superior border of the patella）with 30-second needle retaining,too.Both groups were given the initial injection,once a week and five times as a course.The therapeutic effect and complication of the two groups were compared.Results：After one and two weeks of treatment,the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.After three,four and five weeks of treatment,the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.As for complication,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Injecting sodium hyaluronate into the medial and lateral knee eye acupoints with needle retaining has a better curative effect than into other parts,with less complications and economic burden.
