摘  要:人才状况和水平是影响文化产业发展、提高产业水平和竞争力的关键因素。以重庆市文化产业人才发展现状作为研究对象,数据分析显示出重庆文化产业"十一五"期间实现快速发展,产业人才现状不能适应产业发展的要求,呈现出总量不足、新型文化人才、经营管理人才、高级文化产业人才、创新性文化人才缺乏等需求态势,主要原因是产业发展滞后、产业认知差异、产业领域复杂、人才政策缺乏等,提出了通过政策制度引导、产业环境营造、氛围条件改善、现有人才转型和高校人才培养等策略来吸引高端人才,发展现有人才和培养创新人才。The status and level of talent is the key factor to affect the development of cultural industry, and to improve the level and competitiveness of the industry. Take the current situation of Chongqing cultural industry talent development as the object of research, data analysis indicates that the rapid development of Chongqing cultural industry during "11th Five-Year-Plan" period, the current situation of industry talents can't adapt to the requirements of industrial development, indicates the lack of demand tendency of talent total quantity, new-style cultural talents, managerial and administrative talents, senior cultural industry talents and innovative cultural talents etc., the major cause is that the industry development lags,the the difference of industry cognitive, the complexity of culture fields, the lack of talent policy etc., put forward the strategies of guidance that through policy rules, industrial environment construction,atmosphere condition improvement, the transformation of existing talent and Colleges and Universities Talents Training etc., in order to attract advanced talents, develop existing talents and cultivate innovative talents.
