摘 要:目的了解福田区居民对政府在该区试点进行的家禽"集中屠宰、冷链配送、生鲜上市"政策(以下简称"生鲜上市"政策)的接受情况及其影响因素。方法由经过统一培训的调查员采用自行设计的调查表进行现场调查,调查内容包括调查对象的基本信息以及家庭禽类消费现况、对"生鲜上市"政策的接受程度以及相关影响因素等。结果调查对象中,20.3%的家庭禽类消费方式为活禽,28.7%的家庭禽类消费方式包括活禽。42.9%的调查对象赞同推行该政策,21.1%的调查对象表示,本区正规市场和超市禁买活禽自己会去别的地方或者更远的地方购买活禽。认为活禽质量更安全(OR=7.321,P=0.000)、不信任生鲜禽类经过合格的检疫(OR=3.297,P=0.012)两个因素是影响居民对该政策接受程度的关键影响因素。结论福田区居民对"生鲜上市"政策接受和执行情况不理想,生鲜禽类的质量安全无法保障是影响居民对该政策接受度的关键影响因素。政府还需要积极做好生鲜禽类食品的生产、运输、销售环节的质量安全把关。Objective To investigate the acceptance of the policy concerning centralized slaughtering, cold chain distribution and fresh poultry listing and marketing (hereinafter referred to as FPLM) pilot work and its influencing factors among residents in Futian District, Shenzhen City. Methods All investigators received unified training, and then a field survey was conducted among the residents with the selfdesigned questionnaire about respondents' general information, the current status of poultry consumption, the acceptance of the policy regarding FPLM and its influencing factors. Results Among the respondents surveyed, 20.3 % of the bousehol& only consumed live poultry, and 28.7 % consumed live poultry occasionally. 42.9 % of the respondents agreed with the implementation of the policy, 21.1% said that they would go other markets or districts to purchase live poultry in case that formal markets and supermarkets in Futian District stopped selling live poultry. The key factors influencing the residents' acceptance of the policy were the concept concerning live poultry possessed good health (OR = 7. 321, P〈0. 000) and having no confidence in the fresh poultry quarantined and inspected ( OR = 3. 297, P〈 0. 012). Conclusions The acceptance and implementation situation of the policy concerning FPLM among the residents in Futian District is not ideal, and distrusting the quality and safety of fresh poultry is the key factor influencing the residents' acceptance of the policy. The relevant departments need to strengthen the supervision and inspection on the quality of production, transportation and sale of fresh poultry.
